Here are the results from the Guam Democratic Territorial Convention:
- Obama 2,264 50.08% 4 delegates (counts as 2 at the DNC)
- Clinton 2,257 49.92% 4 delegates (counts as 2 at the DNC)
Clinton also has 1 Superdelegate who has pledged support.
So, my prediction was wrong. This was a CLOSE election, and due to the fact that 420 ballots were spoiled, Guam Democratic Party officials have said that a recount will occur, and those “spoiled” ballots will be checked to make sure that they really should be counted as spoiled, so I will keep you updated. Now we wait for North Carolina and Indiana.
