Prediction for the Republican Kansas Caucus & Louisiana Primary

OK, well there really aren’t any good polls for either of these states (in fact not a single one for Louisiana).

So, my prediction for the Kansas Caucus is:

  1. Huckabee 52%
  2. McCain 40%
  3. Paul 8%

I think Huckabee will benefit a lot from Romney, but McCain will gain some points from Brownback’s endorsement.

And my prediction for the Louisiana Primary is:

  1. Huckabee 52%
  2. McCain 44%
  3. Paul 4%

McCain did pretty well in the caucus/conventions, but I think that the average citizens will go to Huckabee over McCain

Like I’ve said, McCain won’t win the nomination on his own – he’s going to have to make a deal with either Romney or Huckabee (Paul wouldn’t deal with him) in order to get the nomination.

  1. John Morris Says:

Folks ought to see what McCain himself is saying about Huckabee. He’s using words like “viable” and “formidable” concerning Huckabee.

Not the words of a man certain he’s going to have an easy road to the nomination.
