O.J. Simpson: If the Glove Fits

August 29, 2007

So, today there was some public outcry from Denise Brown, sister of Nicole Brown Simpson, about O.J. Simpson’s book If the Glove Fits If I Did It.

I think that it is terrible that somebody who was found responsible for such a heinous crime should never be allowed to gain any fame from a crime (all the money would go to the Goldman family), even if they were only found responsible civilly, not criminally.

Now, Fox News hit it straight on – it was mainly the prosecuters’ fault – you NEVER ask a question that you don’t know the answer to, but regardless to why he was found in-justly not guilty, I believe that this scum should NEVER appear in the public eye again.

James Mtume: The Race Card Is Involved in The Michael Vick Case

August 29, 2007

James Mtume host of “Open Lines” is on Hannity and Colmes right now, claiming that THE RACE CARD is involved in the Vick Case.

Hannity, as well as liberal Colmes, and even an African American (who’s name I didn’t catch) all agree that it’s a celebrity, not a race issue.

Mr. Mtume is a wacko!  Why is it that African Americans love to play the race card so much?  (Not that all of them do it, but I really don’t see it happen as much with any other minority).

Hillary Clinton Makes a Stupid 9/11 Comment: Will It Hurt Her Chances in 2008?

August 27, 2007

OK, so Hillary Clinton made the statement that if another terrorist attack were to happen, that it would HELP the GOP in 2008.  All of the Democrats pounced like hungry cougars onto a helpless rabbit, in response to this, saying it was distasteful and disrespectful, which I agree with – but that’s not the major point.

How would it HELP the Republicans?  True – it helped Bush’s approval rating early on, and even in 2004 – and here’s why – he didn’t know about it/couldn’t affect it.  Now, I know that some disagree, but just stick with me on this – he had only been in Office for months, so he probably didn’t know much about it – so we felt sorry for him.  If it were to happen now, I think we ALL agree that we should have been prepared – and he probably didn’t do a good job at trying to stop it – so how on earth would it help the Republicans?

Illegal Immigrant Finally Sent Home

August 27, 2007

OK, so I’m sure by now you’ve all heard that the illegal immigrant in Chicago was arrested when she finally left the church that she was hiding in to go out and protest current laws.

First, I’d like to reprimand this church greatly – Jesus commanded us to obey the government as long as the government doesn’t do something that’s against God – this is NOT against God.

If it were up to me, I’d have stormed into that church, and arrested the woman, then anybody who got in my way for obstruction of justice.

It is the governments job to protect us from these moochers, especially when they go gallivanting around like they’re invincible.

The main reason she argued she could stay is because she had a son here, but so what – that doesn’t make you a citizen.  Wait in line like everybody else – I LOVE immigration.  My great grandpa was a Mexican who came over in the early 1900’s.

We have to crack down on these people, and thank God that this woman was made into an example.

Plea to the Michigan State House: Please Let Me Vote!

August 26, 2007

OK, right now, the Michigan House of Reps. is deciding the fate of the 2008 Presidential Primary.  Legislation passed the Senate that would require Michigan to hold a joint primary on January 15th, allowing for everybody to vote.  If this passes, Governor Granholm has promised to sign it immediately.

If it does not pass, the Michigan Republicans will be forced to hold a closed primary (due to funding) so that only delegates can vote, meaning that the fate of the 2008 Primary will be in the hands of only a handful of people.

I urge you to contact your State Representative and urge them to pass this legislation so that we will have a joint primary.

9/11 Conspiracy Theorists: The Scum of the Earth

August 26, 2007

OK – so the History Channel had a show on yesterday about morons who flunked out of pre-school 9/11 Conspiracy Theorists, but WordPress was doing maintenance (probably a good thing – b/c it would’ve been very hard to keep this post clean).  These people are just heartless freaks!

1) Most of their arguments were easily beaten into the ground by pure logic, as well as expert opinions.

2) They’ve had to revise their web-videos 2 times to edit out points that were later solidly proved wrong that made them look like idiots (and they admitted to this).

3) They went to ground zero, and got into verbal fights with family members as well as coworkers of the victims in the towers and emergency responders who lost their lives DAYS AFTER the attacks – these people are even worse than the scum that goes to funerals of military men and women to protest the war.

Some of the cops who got into arguments with them were so visibly angered – and, honestly, I wouldn’t have had the patience they did – I probably would’ve arrested or tazered one of these terrorists – and that’s truly what they are – the terrorise the family of the victims, as well as the government trying to protect us.

OK – now I’ve gotten heated up again, so I should just stop before I start cussing.

Alabama Legislation Against Sex Toys to be Taken to the Supreme Court

August 25, 2007

***DISCLAIMER***  Some of this content is sexual in nature, and may be offensive to some people. ***DISCLAIMER***

The Alabama ban of vibrators may be taken to the Supreme Court.  Now – I have always been a very conservative person, but I may have to side with the Democrats on this one.

I don’t believe the government has the right to invade the bedroom – even for homosexuality; however, the minute ANYTHING sexual happens in public, the government not only has the right, but the duty to step in and stop it.

Therefore, it is my opinion that vibrators and sex toys should be legal all over the U.S., but highly regulated, with licenses given to institution responsible enough to make sure it only finds its ways into adults’ hands.  Also, it should be a crime to give a minor a sex toy (if it isn’t already – I’m not sure).

Michael Vick: Who Really Cares?

August 21, 2007

OK – so now he’s confessed that he’s guilty (or pleaded – same thing).  Today that’s ALL they covered (true I was watching ESPN [not by choice], but there’s other stuff in the sports world too, and CNN was covering it, as well as Hurrican Dean – which weather is a fascination of mine [my major] – but I’m getting off subject – anyway…).

Dogfighting is illegal – he’s guilty – the commissioner is still claiming he could be innocent – at this point, let him get his year in jail, and move on people!

L. Brooks Patterson Makes (Yet Another) Shocking Remark About Michigan (What’s New!)

August 12, 2007

Outspoken, obnoxious morontruth-revealing HERO, L. BROOKS PATTERSON (who I REALLY want to meet – and if he comments on this blog – I’ll truly love the man forever), Oakland County Executive, has criticized Michigan’s prison system for wanting to downgrade some felonies to misdemeanors, saying:

“Everybody should go out and buy a gun. I recommend an Uzi. If you don’t like guns, then I suggest you buy a pair of guard dogs, preferably a pit bull and a Rottweiler.

You’re going to need them.

There’s a harebrained scheme that has some momentum in Lansing to reclassify as many as 200 felonies and magically convert them into 200 new misdemeanors.

The result will be inmates who should be in state prison are going to be in jail, and people who ought to be in jail are going to be in your neighborhood. And it all will be done in the name of cutting costs at the state Department of Corrections.

How do you spell stupid?”

If we make felonies misdemeanors, this means more people taken to local (OVERCROWDED) county jails, and many criminals released because of this.  Vicious criminals are already being released onto the street as it is, and this new plan does NOT have the citizens’ best interest at hand.

If anything, we need to move some misdemeanors to the felony category!

L. Brooks Patterson needs to keep getting the word out about this heinous plan.  Keep protecting the citizens – if you need more room in the state prisons, kill off the murderers – it’s time we had the death penalty in Michigan anyway.
