Here are the results from the North Carolina Primary as of 10:45 P.M. EDT with 86% reporting. This will be my last update for North Carolina tonight:
Democrats:
- Obama 781,911 56% 31 delegates
- Clinton 582,257 42% 20 delegates
- No Preference 19,876 1% 0 delegates
Most of the eastern part of the state has now reported, most counties going for Obama, but the margin by which he’s leading has stayed the same. There’s still a few eastern counties that have to report in and a couple on the west side.
Republicans:
- McCain 334,866 74%
- Huckabee 55,311 12%
- Paul 33,212 7%
- No Preference 17,820 4%
